I agree with manuel. I agree with manuel because they didnt do anything bad. I do agree with him when he said they cant accuse someone in believing in something.

well if in the Smith Act it states that a person can only be charged with a crim if they actually do something then they shouldn't get punished for it. The government have just kept a close eye on them. So i agree with Manuel.

Hey it's kimmy...
this case was really interesting because in a way i agree with manuel and andres because the criminals didnt really do anything to harm the government but also the government shouldn't let out criminals because they might commit a crime again....so it was hard choosing who should win but after i decided to go with manuel.

Hey Andres! Its Juan! I think that their rights were taken away. They were just thinking about it and never took any action. They just believed in it and never took any action. They were just talking abou it. So i think that their rights were taken away.

In my opinion i think that he should've been arrested because Weather Yates was probably lying about the fake files. Like Andres said, all criminals usually think before they act so since he was caught thinking of bringing the government down, there was a 80% chance that he was gonna bring it down.

Maria - I think that the case was fair. Weather Yates did not do anything bad but only thought of doing such thing. Like Manuel said , you cant be blamed guilty if you're just thinking of doing something.

Well. I do agree about Andres's decision. I mean how can the government let go of criminals that can do something bad to the society. I do agree about the fake files, it could lead to evidence. ☺
